Aesculapius Hospital Customer Quality Index (AHCQ)
The AHCQ index was developed to improve and sustain hospital quality in our hospitals. We do this by comparing like to like hospitals within the environment, benchmarking their processes and results. We also compare them with the best centers in the World.
This comparison will drive quality improvement efforts in all hospitals because all customers would have an objective basis for choosing their hospitals, hence quality measures are driven by increased customers based on objective decision making.
